They have been harvested by hand and processed using traditional artisan methods, and marinated in brine to preserve all their texture and taste qualities.

Torre Real White Asparagus
These hand-selected asparagus spears are grown only in soils with low clay content to avoid stringiness or bitterness. They are hand harvested at night or early in the morning to avoid contact with sunlight and are immediately transported for peeling, blanching and preserving in brine. This way, they retain their fresh white colour, fine flavour and perfect texture. Asparagus are highly recommended for their natural diuretic properties.
