Torre Real White Tuna Fillets (Bonito del Norte)
Torres selects the finest white tuna, fished with the age-old art of ‘rod and line’ method from the Cantabric Sea, choosing only specimens weighing between 5 and 8 kilograms. Once cleaned, only the largest and best fillets are used and preserved in olive oil, a healthy and tasty addition that enhances the fish. A fine specimen of the Mediterranean diet, ideal with salads with olive oil and white wine vinegar dressing.

Torre Real White Asparagus
These hand-selected asparagus spears are grown only in soils with low clay content to avoid stringiness or bitterness. They are hand harvested at night or early in the morning to avoid contact with sunlight and are immediately transported for peeling, blanching and preserving in brine. This way, they retain their fresh white colour, fine flavour and perfect texture. Asparagus are highly recommended for their natural diuretic properties.
