Smoking enthusiasts who want even finer control over the smoking process will love the latest additions to the Bradley Smoker product range. Two new Bradley Smoker models with digital programming to control the cabinet temperature, the cooking time, plus a separate control for the, length of smoking time. The essential difference between the two models is the capacity.
The four rack model (BTDS76CE) has a capacity of 76 litres.
The six rack model (BTDS108CE) has a massive capacity of 108 litres.
The front exterior of both models has a painted brushed stainless steel look, the internal surfaces are in stainless steel. As with the Original Bradley Smoker the cabinets are insulated. The smokers use the automatic Bradley Bisquette feed system, are supplied with a recipe book and cooking instructions, maintenance and operating manual, and are covered by a one year warranty. The Bradley extra racks and jerky racks will fit these new models as well as the original and Stainless Steel models. Cold Smoking with Bradley Digital Smokers is as perfectly possible as it is with the other models. We offer specific advice on how to achieve the low temperatures required for cold smoking at the recipe section. In the case of the digital smoke generator, even when cold smoking, the temperature sensor lead needs to remain connected between the cabinet and the generator. In the UK we offer,as an accessory, a sensor lead 1.7 metres in length. This provides plenty of length to separate the generator from the cabinet.

This is just one brilliant piece of kit. We have hot smoked chickens (6 at a time), haddock, salmon and pork joints. It is also really good at slow roasting without smoke. We have made our own smoked bacon, cold smoked salmon, cheese, garlic and salt the latest venture is sun dried tomatoes.
