We provide two grades of wood chips as well as wood pellets (link to separate page please for pellets).
Our 'Smoking Mini Chips' are a fine grade suitable for use in the Camerons Smokers and other hot smokers - They come in a re-sealable lidded pot with capacity 1 imperial pint (560ml). The weight of wood contained varies from around 130 grams to around 180 grams as different woods have differing densities.
Our 'BBQ Chips' are a coarser grade intended for use on Charcoal and Gas BBQs to add a woody/smokey flavour. These are sold in 5 litre buckets, with handle and re-sealable lid.
