We have transformed the humble sausage by the use of unusual flavours and quality local ingredients to produce sausages that have proved very popular with our customers. Quality sausages with varieties including Cumbrias favourite "Cumberland Sausage" to more exotic and seasonal sausages ideal for BBQs and festive occassions. We produce our own brand of traditional hand linked premium smoked pork sausages.
