Our red deer venison is genuinely wild, so the flavour is much richer than farmed venison, and a naturally free-range lifestyle makes red deer meat healthily lean and low in cholesterol too.

A joint which is ideal for slow roasting. A perfect alternative to beef or lamb so why not try it for Sunday lunch or an unusual dinner idea. The best cooking method is to roast it on a low temperature and to marinade the joint with a fine ale prior to cooking.
