Our trimmings come from the finest Scottish Salmon. Trimmings contain the pellicle from sliced salmon which comes into contact with the smoke the most during the smoking process and is very strong in flavour to enhance your cooking.

Recipe suggestion: Delicious cioppino, seafood stew. An ocean's bounty of mussels, baby manila clams, tiger prawns, sea bass, smoked salmon, tender flaky crab and calamari all simmered gently together with green pepper, onion, baby carrots, crushed garlic in a rich fish stock and tomato base.

Ideal for mousse, quiches, pates, pies, dips or soups.
