Gressingham was duck originally bred from wild mallards in the Lune Valley Cumbria. Our suppliers boasts a very high regard for the health and well being of their stock.

We buy the products at Orton Farmers Market. The salmon is divine and the smoked duck and chicken superb. Not used the website or visited the shop, but really must do so that we don't have to wait till the second Saturday of every month to partake in the delights of the smoked food.
