The Chuckwagon is our top of the range smoker and griller. Handcrafted in Germany to provide a lifetime of trouble-free, efficient and totally satisfying cooking pleasure. Constructed from 1/4 inch thick steel with heavy duty hinged lids. The recessed lids provide an airtight fit to keep heat and smoke inside. Adjustable side air vent on fire box and smokestack damper combine to regulate heat and smoke for full control of your smoking intensities. Large firebox for longer cooking times and converts easily to a grill for cooking smaller meals. Features a temperature gauge, stainless steel cooking grills for easy clean up, hinged firebox door for removing ash, natural wooden handles that stay cool, extra large steel condiment tray for large platters, storage rack for fuel, grease hole in cooking chamber to allow drippings to flow into a grease can and tough extra large heavy duty wheels and end handle for easy movement.
