Can be used on any hooded BBQ or food smoker. Simply soak a handful of chips in warm water for 1/2 an hour before use. Place the chips onto the grill, or make a foil pouch with a small hole in, which allows the smoke to escape. Alternatively buy a smoker box to put the chips in. If you're not sure which to go for try this variety pack. Experiment with the flavours and savour the differences.
