Our pork pies are made using only the finest fresh, traditionally reared Cumbrian pork, coarsely chopped and seasoned with a special blend of salt and pepper. Each pie is then topped with caramelised apple. We do not add preservatives or flavour enhancers. Natural bone stock jelly is added after baking to give a succulent texture and enhance the unique flavour.
