Pates
Our pate ranges are from tried and tested recipes. Chicken Liver Pate made from locally produced Chicken, blended with herbs and seasonings, cooked and finished. To give variations on the original recipe, where necessary, we add to some Alcohol, Nuts, Wild Mushrooms, Cream. We also make Pheasant, Venison and Pork based pates.
