Your lime pickle is so fresh tasting I would now be embarrassed to serve anything less and it also is the base for my most popular starter for a dinner party ( or even as a Friday night baked potato filler) Try this one - mix prawns, mayo, lime pickle as an alternative to the old marie rose. I like to serve this with bahjis & salad but it is just as good with a baked potato on bonfire night. I have had so many compliments for this one! If you want to be posh it's also really good in little tartlets with smoked salmonand the afore mentioned prawns.
