Fruit Pies are all made with our closely guarded recipe for the pastry, giving them our "special and unique" taste. We use the finest flour from the world famous, Carrs flourmill in West Cumbria and our pie fillings are made using the highest quality ingredients, buying locally to ensure traceability. We know personally most of the farmers where our meats are reared.
