The junior version of its full blown professional model, this leaves those tinny horizontal horrors standing! Removable cylinder and base are made of stainless steel.Frame is welded cold rolled steel, electroplated with nickel. Piston is easy to clean food grade plastic with pressure relief valve. Stuffer is equipped with 3 plastic stuffing tubes (5/8", 3/4", 1")Cylinder is 8" high x 4 7/8" wide. Base is 9 1/2" wide x 6" deep. Overall dimensions: 9 1/2" wide x 19" deep x 16" high (with piston lowered and handle installed)
